Mental Health Awareness Week (18-24 May)

15/05/2020

It’s Mental Health Awareness Week (18-24 May) and the theme is ‘Kindness’.  The Mental Heath Foundation would love to hear how you’ve been kind to others and others have been kind to you (please see below).

For employers – please see links to the Time to Change website

Employer Pledge                      Support for Employers

Activities for your Workplace (e.g. zoom pub quiz?)

They're asking people to follow them on social media and share ways in which you've been kind or how someone has made you feel good by being kind to you.

It could be something as simple as making a cup of tea for someone at home, or receiving a call from a family member or friend to see how you are.
