Health Skills Hub
25/05/2022
NHS ST Helens Clinical Commissioning Group are looking to develop an education and training centre in St Helens specifically for all aspects of Health and Social care. This will allow them to ‘home grow’ their own H&SC workforce to meet the needs of job seekers as well as the H&SC sector in St Helens.
This is such an exciting opportunity and will allow them to flex with the market and fill vacancy gaps thus reduce costs with less reliance on agency staff. It will also allow them to align vacancies with the right people for the job, equipping them with not only the skills and qualifications needed but also the experience and support when in role and guaranteed interviews.
They would like to hear everyone's view about this, the link below will take you to a short survey
