Free, Safe and Anonymous Digital Mental Health Support - Kooth & Qwell

Kooth.com & Qwell.io are free, safe and anonymous online mental health support services. They are BACP Accredited, with no waitlists and no referrals. They provide online counselling via live chat and email-style messaging, as well as self help tools and community support resources.
Kooth is available in Halton & St Helens for Young People aged 11 to 25.
Qwell is available in St Helens for Adults aged 26 and over.
In both Halton and St Helens, they are commissioned by the Cheshire & Merseyside ICB.
