Children's Centre Consultation Sessions
09/01/2020
As part of the continuous journey of improvement within children's services and in light of additional financial investment into Children's Centres and Early Help provision St Helens Council plan to complete a process of consultation with children and families and key stakeholders.
The purpose of the consultation is to:
- Ensure families most in need are receiving the right kind of support at the earliest opportunity
- The services are tailored to meet local needs
- Best use is made of buildings and staff time
- To consider regulatory de-registration of each of the centres
For the consultation to have maximum impact, it is vital they have engagement from a wide range of children and families and key stakeholders in order to inform the success of future service delivery.
The consultation sessions will provide you with an opportunity to hear more about proposed plans and to have your say on the current offer and to shape the plans going forward in terms of the model of future service delivery.
It is intended a series of workshops will take place at each of the centres. In addition to the consultation sessions there is an opportunity to give written feedback in the form of a questionnaire.
Or you may wish to complete the questionnaire online via the link below.
