Cheshire and Merseyside Menopause Survey

28/07/2022

The Cheshire and Merseyside Gynaecology Network is a network encompassing clinicians and non-clinicians across Cheshire and Merseyside.  The network focuses on health inequalities and how to address these in collaboration with work that is already taking place in the wider system and to look at key priorities.  On of the key priority areas for the Network is the Menopause which has resulted in a Menopause Special Interest Group (SIG) being set up.

Menopause SIG

The group has a membership of primary and secondary care clinicians, and the group is looking at equity of menopause services across Cheshire and Merseyside, menopause education and training and engagement with menopausal women/people.

Cheshire and Merseyside Menopause Survey

In order to understand what menopausal women/people in Cheshire and Merseyside experience and feel about menopause services it was agreed that a Menopause Survey should be done across the region.

The Cheshire and Merseyside Menopause Special Interest Group would like to improve people’s experience of menopause in St Helens and surrounding areas. Would you consider completing this survey please? It will give vital information about your experiences, what you need and what you feel is missing. It will help to shape future Menopause services in Cheshire and Merseyside.

You can access the form via this link

The survey closes on 31 August and the results will be shared by Cheshire and Merseyside Menopause Special Interest Group.
