The event is to highlight what support is available for anyone living with and beyond cancer, their carers, relatives, friends and health professionals.
This is a unique opportunity to ask professionals anything you need to know about cancer care and life after treatment, including ‘self-management’ survivorship courses. The event will host a variety of teams including Clinical Nurse Specialists, Macmillan Professionals, Cancer Support Groups, Work and Benefit Specialists, Dietician , Carer Support and Counselling.
